About Me

Hello! My name is Matthew Diffley. Originally from Delaware, I earned my bachelor’s degree at Albright College in music business and after graduating began working for a successful independent record label. However, after a few years of what I thought was my dream job, I realized I was being pulled in a different direction. Before I knew it, I left my dream job and began working in special education at a literacy intervention clinic. After several years I made the decision to return to school to earn my M.A in Education at Villanova University. I have now been working in education and student support for nearly a decade in West Philly, Reading, and across Delco. Growing up as a neurodivergent student in an era when ADHD and autism were just beginning to be understood, I was driven to provide the same support to others that allowed me to succeed both in school and professionally. If I can do it, so can you.

I have a passion for learning, history, gaming, fishing, and music from all over the world, and I try to always bring that passion into whatever I am doing.
